“Results are all that matters when you or your loved one has been arrested, and I will work as hard as I can to get the absolute best results possible.”
I am a highly experienced criminal defense trial lawyer who consistently earns outstanding results for his clients. From homicide and attempted murder to drug charges and sex crimes, I have been successful in helping my clients overcome the toughest odds. There are very few charges that I have not defended against. In fact, if you can be arrested or cited for it, I have most likely defended against it.
While at the firm, I was responsible for handling all cases ranging from simple traffic matters to murder.
This firm received hundreds of conflict appointed cases from Placer County, and I was the lead attorney to handle all conflict appointed matters and trials.
During my time handling these cases, I represented every type of criminal charge including homicide, attempted murder, robbery, kidnapping, carjacking, assault, drug possession and sale, domestic violence, theft, weapons possession, Three-Strikes cases, gang crimes, and sex crimes.
As a trial lawyer, my trial skills became so recognized that I was asked to return to McGeorge School of Law as an Adjunct Professor in order to teach and coach a Trial Advocacy Mock Trial Team.
I represented clients charged in federal magistrate court in the Eastern District of California, handling every aspect of client representation, including client and witness interviews, case investigations, plea negotiations, pretrial hearings, trial, and sentencing hearings.
